Nathan Isaacson and Joe Rusckowski were born and raised in New England.
We have 17 years of experience as leaders and operators at one of New England’s largest family-owned businesses, across Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and Analytics.
In 2024, we founded Corduroy Capital Partners.
Corduroy Capital Partners is a private investment fund, established to acquire a single privately held business that Nathan and Joe will own and operate, leading it into the future.
We believe family-owned businesses are the bedrock of the communities in which they operate, and we offer owners an attractive path to transition their business with confidence.
Our dream is to steward an existing business for generations to come.
Successful businesses have established trust with customers, suppliers, employees, and communities. 15+ years in business is our focus.
